Iām Jason Paul - a spiritual medium and intuitive guide based in England.
My life has been anything but linear. Iāve been a police officer, cabin crew, a magician, and later the founder of a multimillion-turnover recruitment company built from nothing but my savings and stubborn belief. Iāve risen, fallen, rebuilt, unravelledā¦ and awakened.
For years, I tried to fix the feeling of not fitting in - something Iād often tie to being gay - with success, money, and constant reinvention. But none of it touched the deeper ache. I didnāt realise that what I was really repressing was my sensitivity, my intuition, my essence. As Ram Dass said, the spacesuit didnāt fit.
Everything changed when I returned to the roots Iād been running from:
the grandson of a working medium, guided by teachers who showed me that the world of spirit is both real and profoundly simple ā and that everything starts with presence.
Soul Sync is the unfolding of that journey.
Each episode explores the threads that weave us back to ourselves:
mediumship, consciousness, psychedelics, healing, grief, synchronicity, energy, identity, intuition.
Some episodes are me - raw, in the chair, reflecting on life and the signs Spirit leaves on the path.
Others are deep, unfiltered conversations with thought leaders, seekers, and those who have lived through their own awakenings.
This podcast is for the ones who feel thereās more.
For sensitives learning to trust themselves.
For anyone navigating the messy, beautiful middle of becoming.

Once a month on Soul Sync, Iāll be joined by Niko, a medium working in trance, bringing through a collective of spirit communicators known as Noah.
This isnāt about predictions.
It isnāt about performance.
And it isnāt about āgetting it rightā.
Itās about opening a space for deeper wisdom, perspective, and guidance to come through ā in whatever way it needs to.
During these sessions, your questions are put directly to spirit.
They can be about:
