✨ Soul Sync with Jason Paul
Raw, real, deeply personal conversations on spirit, healing, and consciousness.
I’m Jason Paul, a spiritual medium and intuitive guide based in England.
Before stepping onto this path, I lived many lives – as a police officer, cabin crew, and even a magician. Later, with just my savings, I built a recruitment business that grew into a multimillion-turnover company. But it wasn’t smooth sailing; I nearly lost it all. My life has been a rollercoaster of adversity, success, and reinvention – a tapestry of experiences that shaped who I am today.
For years, I thought money and material possessions would fix the feeling of not fitting in - something I’d often put down to being gay. But I came to realise I was repressing my sensitivity, pushing down the very essence of who I was. As Ram Dass said, the “spacesuit” didn’t fit. Outward success left me unfulfilled, searching for more.
That search brought me back to my roots – grandson of a working medium, mentored by some of the world’s most respected teachers – and into a lifelong exploration of spirit and consciousness.
On this podcast, I share my stories, lessons, and experiments – from mediumship, psychedelics, and meditation to creating the life you truly want. Alongside my journey, you’ll hear from thought leaders and seekers across the spiritual umbrella.
Soul Sync is about truth without fluff – curious, soulful conversations to help you live braver, love deeper, and awaken to what’s possible.

If you haven't come across them before come for the spending solutions in love, the full moon slightly over here season whatever we're just you know if you haven't come across cable before, some because that is relevant to this cable to people that have you some one massive yeah thanks.
SPEAKER_01:I mean um so I've been on the spiritual path for twenty-five years old now. I'm very connected to the energy of dragons, I'm connected to the spirit of the Merlin, the magic, that kind of thing. The Merlin's my spiritual guide and teacher. And but my previous life was working as a sound technician, a theatre technician, a lighting technician, set building, working in schools, creating and helping to teach others to create an atmosphere through all of those things, through lights and sound and that and the staging setting and the costumes and all that kind of stuff. So I really try to use uh in the in the form of meditations, soundscapes to evoke the right energy, the right tempo. And and if I could, I'd probably use a a kind of um scratch and sniff card or that kind of stuff, and all people could actually immerse themselves in a little bit more. I'd do my best to train to to paint pictures with words and my meditations are kind of like a storytime for adults, but with a purpose, you know, we we're we're trying to achieve something in the meditations. Or we have the opportunity to achieve something. If people just want to sit back and relax and listen to my soporific gentle voice, which is kind of guaranteed to send anybody to sleep within five minutes.
SPEAKER_00:Sometimes that's just what you need. And then if you want to all about King's kind of um full interview, a bit more about yourself, you can come back in some into the kingdom of probably twenty-twenty five and listen to his life. Oh we're gonna be recording especially so you can listen to that. Some of the meditation. Um, normally the interviews won't be this long, it would just be Kingwin and his lovely times telling you all about what the full moon and what we can expect in the money for the meditation. This one can be used in the days leading up to the full moon and it can be used on the full moon. That's the intention of you can listen to me for me. You can listen to me if you want to steal your funds in here. This full movement is a Wednesday November. Please tell us about it.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, the first of November we've got the first of three supermoons. It's the full this full moon is in Taurus. And we're we're looking at putting into perspective values, finding stability and security in the physical world, but also in the spiritual world. We're moving into autumn. We have we're in and around the energy of Halloween of Snowing. Which is a kind of in the Celtic calendar, it was a kind of Celtic New Year. So it's a really good time for boxing up the things and packing up the things we don't need anymore. And really putting those things in storage, if you like. Excuse me. And then it's it's a good thing.
SPEAKER_00:Okay, we're gonna be loading up my boxes and doing that part of this meditation.
SPEAKER_01:And it's important to to kind of do that kind of thing, but within within two lots of boxes, one which is things to be packaged up and to be unpacked in springtime, and the other are things to be packaged up and to be left in the old year. So one of the great things about the dump we might say in the end. Absolutely. So one of the great things about this time of year is that we can leave that energy, those things that we don't necessarily need to take with us in the hands of the old version of ourselves in on the energy of this full moon and around so when we can be reinvigorated and re-energized. So we'll be delving into that. We it is an autumnal feel to it. Autumn is a time when obviously all the leaves fall and everything turns brown and kind of fades and starts to decay. But it's also a huge time of nurturance and nourishing. The uh fruits are still, you know, there's still lots of fruits around on the trees, there's still lots of opportunities there. The the orchards are in and around Glastonbury here are still full of full of apples and and opportunities there. So we're kind of preparing to hunker down and and to get ready for winter. And I know the modern world and the modern wing is to kind of go right, you know, we school holidays are finished, it's winter time now until April. But we do have all the time.
SPEAKER_00:I love the colours. I just I keep coming in the supermarket and just bumbling all the really nice autumn colours and flowers, and oh, I just love this time of the year. I just love this time at the end.
SPEAKER_01:When things change and shift, it's very magical, and we we kind of tap into that with the film and meditation. We can also start to see the spine of the world, start to see the shapes in the landscape a bit more because the foliage you know falls from the hedgerows and from the twinnies. So it's a time to kind of look at take stock of where we are actually and see uh make sure that we've got enough sustenance to keep us going through the months of autumn as we get further through and then into winter.
SPEAKER_00:Sounds monopolis well. Without further ado, Kevin, please introduce your very first full moon meditation.
SPEAKER_01:So welcome to this month's full moon meditation. Take some time to uh hunker down, maybe uh grab a nice cup of uh cacao or hot chocolate or a cup of tea, and put your headphones on, wrap the duvet around you, sit back and relax, and take some time for yourself. Close your eyes then. Take a few longer, slower, deeper breaths. Breathe out for slightly longer than you breathe in. Let the chair beneath you take your full weight. Let your muscles relax. Release the energy and chaos of the day. Listen to the sounds around you, the sound of my voice, the sound of the music. And as you breathe soft and gentle, relax. We're going to connect to the energy of this full moon. It is close to Halloween to Sawain. So we're going to connect to this energy as well. In Celtic lore, this is the end of the year. A powerful time for release, for taking stock, for letting go. Bear this in mind as you travel along this path with me. Be ready to release and let go those things you do not wish to take with you moving forwards. To take stock of that which you have that will sustain us through autumn and winter to spring. As you breathe more deeply and relax, around us a spiraling swirling mist. And everything it touches slowly fades away. The walls, ceiling, and floor. The furniture in the room around you slowly fade. The light around us fades. It morphs into a single candlelight settled before you. Look into this candle a while. Be drawn. Be drawn into the world, beyond the world. Imagine roots growing down from your feet. Down into Mother Earth. Strong. Powerful, deep. Connecting with the beautiful, loving, warm energy of Mother Earth. She is still warm. She is still loving. She is still awake. The candle before you becomes a lantern. It glows strong and true. You take it by the handle and stand. As you hold this lantern up, the mist starts to recede. And we are drawn into a space and place between the worlds. As at this time the veil between the worlds is thin. We are on a grassland, a marshland, a forest in the distance. And just above that forest tree line, Mother Moon shines. She is engorged. She is large and glowing slightly orange, almost like a pumpkin. This beautiful orange glow highlights the oranges and browns upon the trees, upon the leaves, those that still sit upon the trees, and those that have fallen upon the path before you. They emit an ethereal glow, especially those upon the path. And you can softly and gently walk where the illuminated path takes us. The path itself is slightly raised, and on either side, occasionally the marshland pools, and pools of water reflect the beautiful silvery and golden light of Mother Moon. In other reflections, we can see different worlds, different pathways, different aspects of our past, memories. After a while, you feel the need to stop and look at Mother Moon as she glows bright, strong, and beautiful before you. And you say to yourself, I open my heart to the turning of the wheel. I enter the mystery of shadow and light. The energy and the magic is palpable in the air. You are drawn forwards now just down the hill, over the brow. The pathway becomes a crossroads before us. Three paths stretch ahead, dark and mysterious, yet full of promise. We are protected in this space. We are protected in the loving light of Mother Moon and the shining glow of the lantern. From one of these pathways, a goddess comes. Hecate. Tall and radiant, long black hair, black as midnight. She holds a torch burning with a silver flame. There are sounds from the forest behind her. The howl of dogs. For in the forest, at this time, Arwan rides the wild hunt, helping to return lost souls back into a space and place of peace and harmony. You are not one of those souls. You have nothing to fear from the sound of the hunt. Hecate raises her torch, she illuminates the pathway and says, Child of the moon, you stand at the gate between the worlds. What will you release to walk forwards in truth? Let that question echo in your heart. What burdens and fears or patterns no longer serve you? Take a while to think about that, and soon I shall return. Soon in your heart you are ready, and Hecate lifts the torches high, the flames burning brighter and brighter until they consume the energy of what you're ready to let go. Spiraling, swirling, dancing, and moving, the torch fire consumes those thoughts, those feelings, those energies. They burn around you and are lost in the mist and smoke. You feel a weight lift from your shoulders, as if the old stories have turned to smoke and drift away upon the night breeze. The goddess says, Be free and walk forward in the light. Hecate gestures towards the forest path, and you follow. The hunt is gone. The forest is quiet. Quiet from the sounds of the horses and dogs. But still alive with the sounds of night. More silver than gold now. And the moonlight shimmers upon the damp leaves and dances upon the silver mist. Soon enough, the forest clears, and you walk towards the edge of a great lake. Here another goddess stands, softly and gently stirring her cauldron. As smoke and mist rise from it, filled with magic, crackling with light. This is Keradwen, the strong goddess, kind yet fierce, powerful yet loving. As you come close and stand opposite her, she smiles. All that is cast away becomes food for transformation, she says. Step into the cauldron of rebirth. As you come closer, you feel the warmth of her magic. See yourself placing into the cauldron all that you released. It dissolves and disappears beneath the reflection of Mother Moon in the water's surface. And from that, a soft gentle light rises. It is filled with magic, with joy, with love, with hope, with sustenance, with energy to keep us going through autumn and winter. The light surrounds you, it fills you breathed in deeply. Let it fill every cell with renewed strength, clarity, and purpose. You are transforming, you are becoming, you are reborn in the darkness, in this sacred space. As you look out across the lake, you can see Mother Moon reflected in the cauldron in the lake herself and high in the sky. She has three faces then. And as you ponder upon the third face, another goddess comes from the forest. With her she brings colder air, the cauldron steam turns and is more prevalent and frosty. Snowflakes begin to fall soft and silent, and a calm quiet descends upon the forest. Into the space coming close. Her eyes as old as stone, her cloak woven from clouds and ice. Without speaking, she reaches out and touches your brow with a hand, cool as the moonlight itself, her voice low and powerful. Child of the half-dark, I awaken within you endurance, insight, and rest. The year dies, and so it shall be reborn. Feel her hand upon your brow. Feel your warmth against the call. Magical cymbals spiral and dance upon your brow. Stirring and awakening. Breathe in the essences of autumn and winter. Feel it cleansing, sharp, pure, and alive. All that remains is truth, strength, and deep peace. And the three goddesses stand before you. Hecate, holding her torches bright with lunar fire, Caladron's cauldron shimmering with stars. And the Kanear. Her breath turning the air to diamond frost. They speak together as one. You have walked the path of shadow and returned with wisdom. Carry our light through the long night ahead. From the face of Mother Moon high above, three magical moon beams descend upon you. Dancing upon your brow and upon your heart. You feel balanced. Balanced between the dark and light, between rest and renewal, between death and life. The goddesses move around you now, holding hands, forming a triangle with you in the center. Mother Moon dances her magical dance around you. Be renewed, be reborn. Be re-energized. The lantern of light that you have held is drawn into your heart to burn brightly through autumn and winter. Until in bulk. Till the time when the light returns. Under the watchful gaze of these goddesses, under the watchful gaze of Mother Moon, you lie down, surrounded and protected, comforted, and softly and gently fall to sleep. As you rest and sleep in that world, its energy starts to slowly fade. The magic of Mother Moon, the goddesses, the marshland, the lake, the forest all fade away into the returning mist spiraling and swirling around you. The magic of the mist draws you back. Back towards your body. Back towards the here and now. Back into the room in which you sit all lie. And as you return to your body, you breathe more deeply. Become aware of your fingers and toes. And as you do the mistressines, and softly and gently the walls and ceiling and floor return. You still have roots down into the earth, but now they return you back into this world to ground you in the here and now. You may wish to roll your shoulders, move your head gently from side to side, breathe more deeply. Give thanks to the goddesses. Give thanks to Mother Moon. Grounded and protected, energized and renewed, calm and relaxed. When you are ready, but without rushing. Open your eyes and return.
